Today it is no question for any company to use social media channels for presenting the own products and services. At the same time there are many uncertainties in how far the existing features can be used legally. Facebook Like, Facebook Login, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube are keywords which are connected to statements by data protection authorities and the media to be careful when using them or even not to use them.
I will try to bring a little light back into the dark and will give some advises to what is permitted and what companies have to take into account.
